Terms of Service

These terms apply when you purchase or use Ace Hunter resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, coaching, or career-strategy services.
Services and deliverables
Your selected package, checkout description, and any written agreement with Arturo define the included deliverables. Work is customized using the information you provide. Material changes to scope may require a separate fee or timeline.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete information and responding to reasonable questions needed to perform the work. You must have the right to share every document and piece of information you provide.
Timing and revisions
Delivery timing begins once payment and the information needed to start are received. Option A does not include a revision. Options B and C include one revision within the agreed scope. Option D includes ongoing revisions as needed during its 2-week support period. Additional requests or delayed feedback may affect timing.
Payments and taxes
Website prices are shown in U.S. dollars plus applicable tax. Payment is processed through Stripe. You are responsible for reviewing the total presented at checkout before completing payment.
No employment guarantee
Ace Hunter provides professional writing, positioning, and strategy support but cannot guarantee interviews, offers, employment, compensation, or any decision made by an employer or recruiter.
Ownership and permitted use
Once the applicable fees are paid, you may use the final customized deliverables for your personal career search. Ace Hunter retains ownership of general methods, templates, systems, and know-how that are not unique to your personal content.
Third-party services
Stripe, Setmore, LinkedIn, and other external platforms have their own terms, availability, and privacy practices. Ace Hunter is not responsible for changes, interruptions, or decisions made by those services.
Concerns and applicable law
Please contact Ace Hunter promptly so concerns can be addressed in good faith. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Ontario, Canada, without limiting consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
