Earlier purchases remain protected

Existing Audit, Resume Rewrite, Resume + LinkedIn, Sprint, Accelerator, coaching, and guide purchases keep the deliverables, appointments, promises, and applicable policies agreed when purchased. Retiring public sales does not cancel work owed or change your order.

Earlier Terms of Service · Earlier Refund & Cancellation Policy. Any valid existing upgrade-credit commitment remains subject to its original eligibility, expiry, and one-use rules. New purchases do not include an upgrade credit.

Three offers and their scope

All prices are one-time service prices before applicable tax. No payment plan, checkout add-on, standalone coaching fee, or automatic upgrade discount is included in these offers.

Full cancellation before customized work begins

If you cancel before customized work begins, Ace Hunter will provide a full refund of the amount paid for that service. Customized work begins when Arturo moves beyond the initial fit review and starts the purchased analysis, recommendations, drafting, editing, or session-specific preparation. Contact Arturo promptly so the project status can be confirmed.

Service promises

Revisions and factual corrections

Interview-Ready Resume. One consolidated revision request within seven calendar days of receiving the first resume draft. Factual corrections and corrections to the agreed target direction do not count as the included revision.

Recruiter-Led Job Search System. One consolidated revision request within seven calendar days of receiving the complete set of first-draft System materials. Factual corrections and corrections to the agreed target direction do not count as the included revision.

14-Day Job Search Sprint. In-scope resume and LinkedIn adjustments during the 14-day support period. Changes to materially different targets or additional full versions are not included.

A discretionary revision is one consolidated set of preferences about wording, emphasis, structure, and agreed positioning. Corrections to inaccurate facts or the agreed target direction are not discretionary revisions and do not consume the included round.

Sprint period, sessions, and opportunities

The 14-day support period begins with your first coaching session, normally after the materials are ready, unless another start date is agreed in writing. It does not start on the payment date.

The Sprint includes four 45-minute sessions and support for up to three live opportunities. Opportunity support covers fit, emphasis, application approach, contacts, and follow-up. It is not three separate full resume rewrites. You submit applications and send messages yourself.

By the end of the first session, you will have a clearly defined target and written next actions. If that has not been achieved, I will include one additional 20-minute clarification session at no charge. The client must attend and supply the requested information.

Session topics may follow immediate needs. Included sessions are arranged with Arturo without another session payment. Between sessions, email Arturo with brief questions about the agreed work. Replies arrive within one business day on weekdays during your 14-day support period. Support is not unlimited.

Rescheduling and cancelled sessions

Contact Arturo as soon as possible if you need to move a session. The cancellation and rescheduling terms shared when scheduling and in the booking confirmation apply. A late cancellation or missed appointment may count as used only where those agreed terms say so. If Ace Hunter cancels, you may reschedule or request a refund for that affected session. Existing bookings retain their original booking terms.

Changes in target or scope

Each offer covers one agreed target or closely related role family and market. A materially different role, industry, career direction, additional language version, or separate full resume version may require a separate scope, price, and timeline. Arturo will explain and obtain agreement before starting extra work.

The Career Direction Snapshot is a short assessment, not an exhaustive market study. System diagnosis distinguishes observed evidence from likely explanations and does not prove why an employer rejected an application. Written interview and offer guidance does not include live coaching or ongoing negotiation unless the purchased scope expressly includes it.

Cancellation after work begins

Customized work already completed or delivered is non-refundable except where a published service promise or applicable law requires otherwise. For a partially completed service, Ace Hunter reviews completed deliverables, work in progress, sessions used or reserved, and non-recoverable costs. Any approved partial refund applies to the reasonably separable unused portion. A changed target or a lack of a hiring outcome does not by itself create a refund entitlement.

Approved refunds return through Stripe to the original payment method. Your financial institution may need additional processing time. A specific published promise and non-excludable consumer rights take precedence over a general refund limitation.

Your materials and responsibilities

Provide accurate information, the right to share it, and timely answers to focused follow-up questions. Payment is confirmed before private intake access. Timing starts only after payment, required materials, and necessary follow-up information are received.

Intake accepts PDF and DOCX, up to 3.5 MB per file, 30 MB combined, and 8 files. Documents stay in private storage, are security-checked, and are not attached to routine notifications. If an upload fails, email arturo@ace-hunter.com with your order number. Arturo will help arrange a safe alternative. Do not attach sensitive documents until Arturo responds.

You upload supplied LinkedIn content yourself; no password is required. Custom banners and Featured graphics are not part of the new standard offers. You are responsible for your applications, outreach, attendance, and final accuracy review.

Use of work and third-party platforms

After payment, you may use final customized materials for your personal career search. Ace Hunter retains general methods, templates, systems, and know-how not unique to your content. Stripe, LinkedIn, and scheduling services have their own terms and availability.

No hiring guarantee

No interviews, job offers, employment, compensation, or employer decisions are guaranteed. Outcomes depend on the market, employer, role, applicant pool, and your wider search. This does not reduce any specific promise about the work or applicable consumer right.
