Information we may collect

Depending on how you use the service, information may include your name, email address, resume, cover letter, employment and education history, target job postings, LinkedIn information, career goals, project notes, appointment details, and communications with Ace Hunter.

Stripe processes payment information and Setmore processes booking information. Ace Hunter does not receive or store your complete card number.

How information is used

Information is used to deliver the service you purchase, understand your career goals, prepare agreed materials, communicate with you, schedule sessions, maintain business records, prevent misuse, and improve the website and services.

Service providers and international processing

Ace Hunter uses trusted service providers for website hosting, document storage, payments, and scheduling. These providers may process information in Canada, the United States, or other countries under their own privacy and security terms. Information may also be disclosed when required by law.

Security and retention

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect personal information, including encrypted website connections and access limited to Arturo and service providers needed to deliver the work. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

Project information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to deliver the service, provide revisions, maintain required business records, resolve concerns, and meet legal obligations. Information that is no longer needed is deleted, anonymized, or securely disposed of.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information held by Ace Hunter, subject to legal and operational requirements. You may also withdraw consent for optional uses of your information.

Website measurement

The website records limited, anonymous service-selection events to understand which options visitors choose. This measurement does not intentionally store your name, email address, resume, payment details, or uploaded documents.
