Information we may collect

Depending on how you use the service, information may include your name, email address, resume, cover letter, employment and education history, target job postings, LinkedIn information, career goals, project notes, appointment details, and communications with Ace Hunter. System and Sprint intake may also include search activity, response patterns, target markets and employers, networking activity, practical constraints, upcoming interviews or offers, and session availability and time zone. Historical free resume review records include your name, email, target job title, an optional target job-posting URL, and the resume you uploaded. Historical 30-Day Job Search Accelerator applications also includes your current role, target market, search timeline, resume status, active interviews, availability, obstacles, and the support you are seeking.

The free-review and Accelerator acquisition routes are being retired for the new catalog. Previously collected records are not erased by this change; outstanding commitments and the retention and deletion rules below still apply.

Stripe processes payment information and Setmore processes booking information. Ace Hunter does not receive or store your complete card number.

How information is used

Information is used to deliver the service you purchase, understand your career goals, prepare agreed materials, communicate with you, schedule sessions, maintain business records, prevent misuse, and improve the website and services. Accelerator application information is used only to assess fit, recommend an appropriate service, and contact you about the application. Free resume review information is used to prepare and deliver the requested observations and communicate with you about that request.

Service providers and international processing

Ace Hunter uses trusted service providers for website hosting, private document storage, malware scanning, email delivery, payments, and scheduling. Uploaded documents may be transmitted securely to a specialized malware-scanning provider solely to check for viruses, macros, executable code, unsafe embedded content, and invalid file structures. These providers may process information in Canada, the United States, or other countries under their own privacy and security terms. Information may also be disclosed when required by law.

Security and retention

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect personal information, including encrypted website connections and access limited to Arturo and service providers needed to deliver the work. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

Uploaded documents are stored separately from the public website in private file storage. File names are replaced with random storage names, and documents can be accessed only through the private owner dashboard. They are not placed in Stripe or attached to routine notification emails. New documents are checked automatically for malicious or unsafe content. A document remains quarantined whenever the automatic scan cannot be completed, and it is not available as an ordinary download until a successful scan or manual security review is recorded.

Project documents are normally retained while the service is active and for up to 180 days after completion, unless a longer period is reasonably required for a dispute, legal obligation, or client request. Earlier deletion may be requested by contacting Ace Hunter. The website records the completion date, schedules deletion, and removes expired client intake information and uploaded documents. Payment and accounting records may need to be retained separately.

If a client chooses Save and finish later, written draft answers are stored privately against the verified paid order. Files are not saved with a draft and must be selected again. Abandoned intake drafts are automatically removed after 30 days.

Accelerator applications that do not become active client projects are normally retained for up to 180 days so Arturo can review and follow up on the application, unless earlier deletion is requested or a longer period is reasonably required by law.

Free resume review requests and their uploaded resumes are normally retained for up to 180 days after submission, unless earlier deletion is requested or a longer period is reasonably required by law. The website schedules their secure deletion from private storage.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information held by Ace Hunter, subject to legal and operational requirements. You may also withdraw consent for optional uses of your information.

Website measurement

Optional website analytics remain off unless you accept them through the privacy choices shown on the website. If accepted, the website records an anonymous session identifier, page path, broad referrer category, optional UTM campaign labels, and selected funnel events. This helps Ace Hunter understand how visitors find and use the website. These analytics records do not contain your name, email address, resume, payment details, intake answers, or uploaded documents.

If you accept optional analytics, Google Analytics and Zoho PageSense are used to understand general website traffic, service interest, clicks, scrolling, and where visitors encounter friction on selected public marketing pages. Ace Hunter sends privacy-safe event names, configured offer identifiers, public offer names and prices, page paths, CTA locations, broad referrer categories, and limited UTM campaign information. PageSense session recordings, when active, are limited to selected public pages and use masking and URL-query protections. Private dashboards, intake pages, uploaded documents, resume contents, payment details, and intake-form answers are not sent to these analytics services. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the Cookie settings button.

Stripe also sends a secure confirmation to Ace Hunter when a checkout is completed. The website records the selected service, payment amount, currency, Stripe transaction references, and, when analytics were accepted, an anonymous session reference used to understand which website activity resulted in a purchase. Complete card information is not received or stored by Ace Hunter.
