Services and package scope

Your selected package, the description shown before checkout, and any written agreement with Arturo define the included deliverables. Work is customized using the information you provide. A package covers one agreed target role or a closely related role family unless the written scope says otherwise.

The $5 USD LinkedIn Job Search Guide may be offered at Stripe checkout with Option A or Option B. It is optional and does not change the scope of the purchased package. A practical LinkedIn guide to help you optimize your profile, build a strong professional brand, find relevant job opportunities, and connect with hiring managers and recruiters. It includes actionable tips for networking, writing effective messages, increasing visibility, and using LinkedIn strategically in your job search.

This is an optional self-guided resource, not customized LinkedIn writing or profile optimization. It is not offered with Option C.

Your responsibilities and when work begins

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete information, target details, and timely answers to reasonable follow-up questions. You must have the right to share every document and piece of information you provide.

Delivery timing begins after payment, required materials, and necessary follow-up information have been received. Customized work begins when Arturo moves beyond the initial fit review and starts the purchased analysis, recommendations, drafting, editing, design work, or session-specific preparation.

Secure intake uploads are limited to PDF and DOCX career documents. Each file may be up to 3.5 MB, with a combined limit of 30 MB and no more than 8 files. Scanned PDFs are accepted when they pass the website security checks. Files must not contain malicious software, confidential information belonging to another person, or material you are not authorized to share. If an upload fails, email Arturo with your order number so a safe alternative can be arranged. Do not attach sensitive documents until Arturo responds.

Cancellation before customized work begins

If you cancel before customized work begins, Ace Hunter will provide a full refund of the amount paid for that service. Contact Ace Hunter promptly so the status of the project can be confirmed before work starts.

Service promises

Meaningful Improvement Promise. Arturo reviews your materials before beginning substantive customized work. If he does not believe Ace Hunter can meaningfully improve the clarity, positioning, or presentation, he will tell you and offer a full refund before the customized work begins.

Actionable Audit Promise. If your Recruiter Resume Audit does not identify at least five specific improvements involving targeting, clarity, evidence, keywords, structure, or ATS readability, you may request a full refund of the $26 service price within seven calendar days of delivery. This promise requires submission of the resume and target information needed to complete the audit.

Target Alignment Promise. For complete rewrites, Arturo and the client agree on the target before the first draft. If the draft misses that agreed direction, Ace Hunter will correct the core positioning at no extra charge. That correction does not count as the included revision.

Accuracy Promise. Final materials are based on your real experience. Ace Hunter will use only details supplied or confirmed by the client. This applies to metrics, qualifications, responsibilities, employers, achievements, and career history. Factual corrections do not count as a discretionary revision.

Clear Communication Promise. If an unexpected delay affects the agreed timeline, Ace Hunter will contact you with a clear revised delivery date.

Package-specific revisions and support

Option A, Recruiter Resume Audit. This package does not include a revision or a complete rewrite. It includes one concise clarification question by email within seven calendar days of audit delivery.

Option B, Interview-Ready Resume Rewrite. This package includes one consolidated discretionary revision round. The revision request must be submitted within seven calendar days of the first draft.

Option C, Complete Resume + LinkedIn Positioning. This package includes one consolidated discretionary revision round covering the resume and LinkedIn materials. One consolidated revision request submitted within seven calendar days of receiving the complete set of first-draft resume and LinkedIn materials.

14-Day Job Search Sprint. This package includes ongoing resume and LinkedIn revisions within the agreed target and project scope during the 14-day support period. The period begins on the date of the first coaching session, normally after the resume and LinkedIn materials are ready, unless Arturo and the client agree otherwise in writing. Live application review is limited to three applications during that period.

The Sprint includes four 45-minute coaching sessions. Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions, providing requested information, and returning timely feedback. A late cancellation or missed session may be treated as used under the booking terms shared at scheduling. Session topics may be adjusted around immediate needs while remaining within the purchased Sprint scope.

Action Plan Promise. By the end of the first coaching session, the client receives a clearly defined target and written next actions. If Ace Hunter has not provided both, one additional 20-minute clarification session will be included at no charge.

A factual correction fixes inaccurate information. A discretionary revision changes wording, emphasis, organization, or presentation based on preference while remaining within the agreed target and scope. Factual corrections and corrections required by the Target Alignment Promise do not use an included discretionary revision.

Changes in target or scope

A materially different role, industry, career direction, or second resume version is a change in scope. It may require a separate quote, additional payment, and a new delivery timeline. Ace Hunter will explain the change before beginning out-of-scope work.

Career coaching appointments

The cancellation and rescheduling terms shown by Setmore when you book, and included in the booking confirmation, apply to the session. Use the confirmation link or contact Ace Hunter as soon as possible if you need to change an appointment. A late cancellation or missed appointment may be charged or treated as used when the booking terms say so. If Ace Hunter cancels a session, you may reschedule it or request a refund for that affected session.

30-Day Job Search Accelerator

Applying does not require payment and does not guarantee acceptance. Arturo reviews the application before offering checkout. If a lower-cost service is a better fit, Ace Hunter may recommend that service instead. The standard 30-day scope is $595 USD plus applicable tax. The accepted scope, agreed start date, support period, and session schedule are confirmed before payment is requested. Any materially expanded scope is quoted and approved before payment.

The 30-day support period begins on the agreed start date, not on the application date. It does not begin on the payment date unless that date is also confirmed as the start date. The standard service includes four 45-minute strategy sessions, two 20-minute implementation check-ins, one 60-minute mock interview with written feedback, review of up to eight live applications, and priority revisions within the agreed positioning scope.

Completion Promise. If an included session, application review, mock interview, or written deliverable remains incomplete at the end of the agreed support period because of Ace Hunter's scheduling or delivery, support will be extended at no additional charge until the included work is completed. This does not apply to client cancellations, missed sessions, delayed information, unresponsiveness, or requests outside the agreed scope.

If an accepted Accelerator client cancels before customized work begins, the amount paid for that service will be refunded in full. After work begins, completed or delivered work is treated under the cancellation rules below.

Cancellation after work begins

Customized work that has already been completed or delivered is non-refundable except where a published service promise or applicable law requires otherwise. If part of a package remains unused, Ace Hunter will review the completed deliverables, work in progress, sessions already used or reserved, and non-recoverable costs. Any approved refund applies only to the unused portion that can reasonably be separated from work already performed.

Payments, taxes, and approved refunds

Website prices are shown in U.S. dollars plus applicable tax. Payment is processed through Stripe. You are responsible for reviewing the total presented at checkout before completing payment. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Processing time may depend on Stripe and the client’s financial institution.

No employment or compensation guarantee

Ace Hunter provides professional writing, positioning, and strategy support but cannot guarantee interviews, offers, employment, compensation, or any decision made by an employer or recruiter.

Ownership and permitted use

Once the applicable fees are paid, you may use the final customized deliverables for your personal career search. Ace Hunter retains ownership of general methods, templates, systems, and know-how that are not unique to your personal content.

Third-party services

Stripe, Setmore, LinkedIn, and other external platforms have their own terms, availability, and privacy practices. Ace Hunter is not responsible for changes, interruptions, or decisions made by those services.

Concerns, policies, and applicable law

Please contact Ace Hunter promptly so concerns can be addressed in good faith. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Ontario, Canada, without limiting consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. The Refund & Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy are available before purchase.
