The 14-day support period begins with your first coaching session, normally after the materials are ready, unless another start date is agreed in writing. It does not start on the payment date.
Resume first draft within 2–3 business days. The complete first-draft System is delivered within five business days after payment, required materials, and necessary follow-up information have been received.
In-scope resume and LinkedIn adjustments during the 14-day support period. Changes to materially different targets or additional full versions are not included.
I review your materials before beginning substantive work. If I do not believe I can meaningfully improve the clarity, positioning, or presentation, I will tell you and offer a full refund before the customized work begins.
We agree on the target before the first draft. If the draft misses that direction, I will correct the core positioning at no extra charge. That correction does not count as the included revision.
Your materials are based on your actual experience. Factual corrections do not count as a revision.
Delivery timing begins after payment, required materials, and necessary follow-up information have been received. If an unexpected delay affects the agreed timeline, I will contact you with a revised delivery date.
